Join us Sunday morning at Myrtle Island, 47 Blackstone Water.

Update! The weather appears to be conspiring against us and we are adjusting our logistics!

• Additional boat parking is available at the east end of Oriole Island (Kevin Crigger) and we will taxi people to Oriole in a pontoon boat. Docking limited, please consider boat pooling or drop off.

• The meeting will be held indoors so any inclement weather will not be an issue.

How Do I Prepare for the AGM?

After you register, please review the AGM Agenda to prepare for the Annual General Meeting. Specifically, please note that the Members will be asked to vote on: 

1. Approval of the Draft Minutes of the 2023 Annual General Meeting

2. Approval of the Financial Report of the BLCA

3. Approval of the Draft Bylaws to replace the existing Articles of Association
